Founded in 2015, Zum provides safe, efficient, and reliable child transportation for school districts and busy families. The company currently provides services in the San Francisco Bay Area, all of Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego. Ritu Narayan founded Zum out of her firsthand experience of raising two active kids and managing a fast-paced tech career in Silicon Valley.
Ritu Narayan dreamed of becoming an astronaut when she was younger. As a child and growing up, she was fascinated by math and physics.
Ritu Narayan holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree, Computer Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Management from Stanford Business School. By 2004, she worked at a top Silicon Valley companies for 15 years. Some of these companies are Oracle, IBM, eBay, and Yahoo!
